We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and investigate fairly. Where we identify an error on our site, we will correct verified information under our Corrections Policy.
WiT Money is a comparison and information service. Decisions on credit applications, rates and account terms are made by providers, not by us. For disputes about a financial product you hold, contact the provider first and, if needed, the Financial Ombudsman Service.
